The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you are seeking a robot mop and vacuum that's priced in the middle. It offers a great mopping experience but lacks the features that make up its more expensive counterpart.

In tests, it was able to handle dust and dry oats on carpets with medium piles and pet hair on hard floors. However, unlike other models, it doesn't use LIDAR to help you map your home.

iRobot Roomba s9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the most highly-rated robot vacuums. It comes with a variety of features and impressive cleaning power, including the dirt compartment integrated into the base of charging. This robot can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automated schedules to provide a hands-free and effortless experience.

The setup process is simple thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once everything is connected, you can start the automated cleaning functions with the click of a button. You can choose an overall clean, which prioritizes the removal of larger particles like rice and cereal. You can also opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that the entire home is completely cleaned.

This vacuum works well both on bare floors and carpets with a low pile. It is able to pick up pet hair and clean big objects up. It doesn't lose suction as quickly as other robot vacuums. It has a difficult time with high-pile or plush carpet, but iRobot promises it will improve with the next models.

The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that focuses on improving edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt an open-fronted, flat-fronted design, which it hopes will allow it to fit into furniture and walls. It's a great improvement over the standard hockey puck shape of the majority of robovacs. However, we discovered it to be only marginally better than circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also features a superior filtration system that blocks tiny particles and allergens from circulating within your home. We like the statement but not enough to justify a premium price.

Its smart navigation system uses sensors to keep track of the arrangement of your home and vSLAM to map the interior of your home. It then cleans your entire home with ease by avoiding obstacles such as stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home app lets you manage the robot and plan cleaning times, and create virtual boundary markers, so that it can recognize areas that require extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a robotic that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. Its vac settings are as effective as those of higher-end models, and its mopping system is superior, as its spinning pads do a much better job of cleaning your floors than a stationary vibrating pad.

The only drawback is that it doesn't have an additional rubber brush for deeper cleaning, but it's an affordable cost to pay for if you want one of the best floor vacuum robot robots on the market. The robo-vac's dust tank is also bigger than those on many of its rivals and takes only two or three cycles to fill it up, even with the maximum dirt level.

For the mopping device, I was awestruck with its ability to scrub the tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping settings that it has, which are less powerful than high-powered settings, produce low noise, which means you can work or even watch television without being distracted. If it comes across an object, such as a wall or piece of furniture it gently smacks into it and moves on.

The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The robo-vac features a multi-function dock that can automatically transfer physical trash to the hidden bin, as well as washes and drys the mop pads, and refills its clean water tank. The app will only alert you if something is wrong, such as a low clean water tank or a vacuuming session that is cancelled due to an empty bin.

You can also combine or create actual rooms in order to personalize the way Q Revo handles your home. This feature is useful if you have different flooring in different areas of your home, or when you have to frequently remove clutter, such as toys, clothes, and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was one of the top performers in my tests, taking debris from both carpets and hardwood floors in the first attempt. It is able to even remove wet spills, though I recommend wiping them dry using a clean cloth before bringing the robot in.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a premium robot vacuum and mop and more. Like the iRobot Roomba S9+, it is a top-quality vacuum that has powerful suction that cleans hard and carpet floors, plus an omni-rotating mop that scrubs tough staining. It also comes with an automatic cleaning station that washes and cleans the mop pads to keep them fresh and ready for reuse. It also has a sensor system that detects obstacles more accurately and prevents it from falling on furniture and other objects.

The most notable improvement over the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its sleeker, modern design. This is due to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best eufy robot vacuum known for Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo their Bang & Olufsen product line. While still quite massive--it's nearly two feet tall and Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo deep and weighs nearly four pounds--the entire robot and its base are much less bulky than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.

This version is more efficient than the X1 since it charges faster and can clean up 1,500 square feet in a single charge. It also has a larger and more durable dustbin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty.

The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant and an app that is functional even when you're at home. It also comes with additional mopping modes as well as a smart routing feature that allows you to clean certain rooms or areas of your home instead of simply following a predetermined route.

The X2 Omni has the top mopping performance of any shark robot vacuum self empty we've tested thanks to its mop pads that rotate to remove tough stains and a motor that produces plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming is excellent too and it enhances suction when it detects carpet to ensure it's doing a thorough job. It also has a large battery that can last for weeks between charges, and its mopping mode is as powerful as the ones we've seen on a consumer-grade robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium model that has a range of features that aren't typically found on robots in this price range. It has the ability to create detailed floor maps, identify various flooring types, and it's one of the few to automatically wash and dry its mop pads. These features are nice however they can make the L10s more of a luxury category. This might make it more expensive than what homeowners want.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It is slim and tall, with a white finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by an enormous bumper, which protects furniture and the vacuum from damage while moving around the home. Sensors are hidden behind the front pane, which help the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the vacuum, there is a single button which acts as an on/off switch. The button will activate the vacuum. By pressing it again, you can turn it off and send it to its base station. The center of the control panel has the circular menu which lets you select cleaning modes, schedules, and preferences. The left and right buttons on the screen will open the settings menu of the app where you can tweak how the L10s Ultra integrates with your home.

Like the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation technology to map out your house. This allows the robot to vacuum and mop effectively without getting stuck. The LIDAR helps the robot vacuum avoid obstacles and identify them, which is an excellent feature for homes with pets or children.

The L10s Ultra is an extremely powerful vacuum cleaner that removes 98.4% debris from our test on hard floors, and removing all but stubborn juice staining. The mops also work well in removing 98.4 percent of debris from our tile, carpet and wood tests. However, it wasn't quite as great at tackling sand on the hard floor and quaker oats on the carpet.
